Meet Heather Freese
Director at St. Cloud SCTCC
- Degree in Early Childhood
- Started working for Playhouse in 1997
Heather started as an Aide/Kitchen Staff at the Campus location, then moved on to an Assistant Teacher and then Lead Teacher position in the Young Preschool room at our old Sauk Rapids location. She’s been the Health/Safety Administrator, Food Program Administrator, Main Office Assistant, and the Director at our Baxter and Sartell location. She’s helped out wherever needed throughout all of our locations, and finally settled at the SCTCC Campus location in 2013.

Meet Jenny Johnson
Director at St. Cloud South
- Degree from SMSU in Early Childhood Education
- Started working for Playhouse in May 2010
Jenny started as a float teacher at our Monticello location then transitioned to Lead Toddler Teacher and held that position for nearly 6 years before becoming the Director of the St. Cloud South Location.

Meet Heidi Clipperton
Director at Sartell
- Associate’s Degree with an emphasis in Management for Early Childhood Centers
- Worked in Early Childhood field for 30 years
Before becoming the Director in Sartell, Heidi was an Assistant Director for 11 years. She has worked with all ages but has mainly worked with Infants and Pre K children.

Meet Kristin Lord
Director at Monticello
- Degree in Elementary Education
- Started working for Playhouse in September 1994
During her first 6 months at Playhouse, Kristin worked as an Infant Teacher, she was then promoted to Director. Her favorite thing about working at Playhouse is the opportunity to work with others including children, parents, staff, and administration. Kristin describes herself as organized, dedicated to her family, her work, and is passionate about children.
